Will is a Senior Associate and a founding member of Prosero Search. Will has extensive experience in the search and selection of Tax Partners Globally. He comes from a commercial background having spent several years working for one of Europe’s largest Insurers.
Will has successfully completed mandates across all areas of Tax in the following jurisdictions; Europe, UAE and the United States.
Will Partners with Big 4, Top 10 and boutique firms assisting them in making key hires. Will has built strong relationships with a select group of clients for whom he is integral in delivering a quality, highly valued service.

Ben is the founding member of Prosero Search.
With over a decade of industry experience - the majority of which focused on senior appointments to the accountancy profession - Ben has a wealth of experience and a proven track record in partnering with clients to deliver on the most important of mandates. He has particular expertise in advising on senior moves in tax.
Throughout his time in the industry, Ben has built his network in the accountancy world which allows him the ability to continually deliver on complex, high-end search projects.
